Chris Hemsworth attends the world premiere of his new movie, The Avengers, at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on April 11. Chris is reprising his role as Thor in the film, which brings together all the fab Marvel superheroes.

Eva Mendes and Jeremy Renner did the honors when they announced the nominees for the 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards during a press conference at the London West Hollywood Hotel. One of the more interesting categories is the Best Female Lead which includes Annette Bening for her role in The Kids Are All Right, Nicole Kidman for Rabbit Hole, Natalie Portman for Black Swan and Michelle Williams for Blue Valentine.
