Phoebe Price ever the show off whenever possible is now showing off a hideous see through red floral lace-like gown at the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards complete with a matching headband around her long red tresses, this outfit was better kept in the bedroom for this self absorbed beauty.

The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

The Primetime Emmy Awards held in 2008 were held on September 21st and held at the brand new Nokia Theatre in  Los Angeles, California. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Tom Bergeron, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel,and Jeff Probst. All 5 hosts were nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality Show or Reality Competition. For the first time in the awards  history the academy released ten finalists for Outstanding Comedy and Drama Series categories. Presenting awards through the night were David Boreanaz,Wayne Brady, Lauren Conrad, Jimmy Kimmel and Kiefer Sutherland. A few of the winners through the night were Jeremy Piven, Dianne Wiest, Tina Fey, Dame Eileen Atkins, and Glenn Close.
