Lindsay Lohan attended the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, held at Paramount Pictures Studios, Los Angeles, California.

The MTV Video Music Awards were established in the end of the summer of 1984 by MTV to celebrate the top Music Videos of the year.They are presented annually and broadcast live on MTV. Past broadcasts have been held in New York City,Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas. In 2008, the MTV Video Music awards were held in Los Angeles, California at Paramount Pictures Studios. Britney Spears announced the begining of the MTV Video Music Awards in 2008, alongside dorky actor Jonah Hill .
