Vanessa Hudges and Hayden Panettiere are a wave of change

Vanessa Hudgens and Hayden Panettiere support the 2nd Annual Wave for Change in Los Angeles this morning. The two Ambassadors made Wave for Change disaster relief kits to help a school in Alabama affected by the tornadoes.

Hudgens (pictured above) and Panettiere  (below) work to raise $250,000 for disaster relief, education and environmental charities.
