Claire Danes gets Harvard’s Hasty Pudding honors

Claire Danes attended a parade in her honor as she was given Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding 2012 Woman of the Year. They chose the Homeland star because her work “has made an indelible mark on the world of entertainment, in both drama and comedy.”
Past honorees of the award include Charlize Theron, Scarlett Johansson and Anne Hathaway.
