Lindsay Lohan after getting in trouble for 2 drunk driving arrests in 2 months, she served a measly 86 minutes in jail just 2 minutes more than Nicole Richie who server 84 minutes for driving under the influence of drugs. We were all surprised why? Oh wait we weren’t!
