Blake Lively’s new red hair!

Blake Lively shows off her new red hair at the Time 100 celebration of its most influential people in the world in New York City. “It’s for the film Hick,” Lively dished to People. “I thought [my character] needed red hair. It helps when you’re playing a role, when I don’t feel like myself. And I don’t really feel like myself with red hair.”   From her red flowing locks to her sea foam green dress, Lively said she feels like The Little Mermaid.

Her colorist Rona O’Connor gave her the transformation a month ago.  “I love it,” she she said. “I feel like Ariel.”
