Alison Sweeney caught snacking on-the-go

It looks like The Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney is taking those healthy eating habits she has learned from the contestants to heart! The actress was spotted snacking on a Yoplait Light while on the go this week in Los Angeles.

“The message is that this is for life. How can you make choices to be healthy for your whole life? I really like that mentality,” Sweeney recently said about the message of the show.

Sweeney, who also plays Sammi Brady on Days Of Our Lives, said she lost 30 lbs by changing her eating habits and exercising.
