Christopher Schwarzenegger’s first stop after leaving the hospital? The Grove! Maria Shriver and her son were spotted chatting with Mario Lopez at the Los Angeles hot spot.  Maria came to visit her son, Patrick, who works at The Grove.

Christopher, who was hospitalized after a serious surfing accident, appears to be still wearing his hospital bracelet.

Love Song singer Sara Bareilles (in pink shirt, above) took time between gigs opening for Sugarland to show her support for the Rock N’ Roll Camp for Girls in Los Angeles.

Bareilles, along with Tone Body Wash, presented a check for $10,000 to the Rock N’ Roll Camp for Girls that helps empower young women through music education.

Kat Von D got a tattoo of Jesse James on her left side…shortly before the couple split. Oops! The tattoo is of Jesse from his fifth grade school photo and Kat surprised him with her new tattoo on TV.

What did he say when he sat the fresh ink? “You’re crazy.”

No word on what she plans on doing with the tattoo, but maybe Sandra Bullock will have some suggestions.

It was a Destiny Child’s reunion of sorts, as Michelle Williams and Beyonce both came out to support Kelly Rowland for her third solo album, Here I Am, which dropped yesterday.

Although Beyonce didn’t walk the red carpet, she was spotted at the party inside at the Standard Hotel, chatting it up with Rowland and Williams.
