The always beautiful Vanessa Williams attended the annual Trevor New York Summer Gala at Capitale in New York City. As an activist and supporter of lesbian and gay rights, she received the Trevor Hero Award honoring her efforts. We will miss seeing Vanessa Williams on Ugly Betty, but can’t wait to watch her on next season’s Desperate Housewives.

For all of those Team Jacob fans, Taylor Lautner of The Twilight Saga is the Hottie of the Day. On the red carpet for the Eclipse premiere, Taylor Lautner looked fantastic in this gray Gucci suit. The 18-year-old actor famously bulked up to play the part of the werewolf after the first Twilight movie. Somehow, Taylor Lautner, who still lives with his parents, manages to stay grounded among the Twilight frenzy, which he discusses in this interview with Taylor Lautner.

Las Vegas was teaming with soap stars, as well as our fave daytime talk show hosts, over the weekend for the Daytime Emmy Awards. Rachael Ray was nominated for Best Talk Show/Entertainment but lost out to Ellen Degeneres.
